Stress is a terrible, terrible thing too have to deal with, but at one point or another we will all have to deal with it eventually. Some deal with it in healthy ways, by talking to their friends and accepting help from them, but some people, deal with it in entirely the wrong ways, but bottling everything up, snapping, breaking down and then repeating the process, and when this happens, everyone around you suffers. You will end up secluding yourself and making your own life a misery.
If you do suffer from stress and depression together, get the help most people will you, you need eventually, it may not make everything bright happy sunshine and daisies, but it’ll get a shitload off of your chest and might make everything that much more easy to handle.
