If you’re a smoothie-holic like me, both because of the ease of the meal-on-the-run and how easy it is to pack a bunch of nutrient-dense foods into a few gulps, then, like me, you probably wouldn’t mind a little exotic variety added to your reportoire.

I came across the recipe for this Mango Lassi on a fabulous website I’ve recently been introduced to (skinnytaste.com), and was so excited to try it – given my slight (okay, large) obsession with greek yogurt, love of smoothies and soft place in my heart for mangoes.
